Today we look into a VERY underestimated thing you should start using, a notebook. What is a notebook? Why should you start using one? How can you get one? What can you achieve if you get one?
These are some of the questions this post will focus on.
The reason for writing this one is that I know a lot of you aren´t using one and personally I didn´t use one before also, however, since starting using one I have now seen the power of doing so and it is HUGE.
I will explain why in this short post.
You will also get a GREAT opportunity to create yourself a new career further down in this post!
Oh, by the way, this post will focus on the “paper” notebook and not so much on the “digital” notebook, however, if you want to know more on the topic of the digital one you got some links further down in this post.
If you are on this page you most likely want to know what a notebook is, or what it means, right?
The definition of a notebook according to Wikipedia is: “A notebook (notepad, writing pad, drawing pad, legal pad) is a small book or binder of paper pages, often ruled, used for purposes such as recording notes or memoranda, writing”
It is actually not complicated at all, a notebook is simply a blank book that you fill with your own notes.
It doesn´t even have to be a book (you can write notes on your phone or computer as well) even though I would recommend it to be a book (maybe because I like it the old school way most times).
In case you already know what a classic “paper” notebook is and want to know what a “digital” notebook is it is not that complicated either.
In short: The first “notebook computers” was called like that because the size of them was pretty much the same size of a paper notebook.

Let´s say you want to lose a certain amount of weight (or build muscle) in a certain amount of time. You could try to do it randomly without any sort of plan and without writing down a plan on how to achieve it.
Guess what, random actions will give you random results.
If you are serious about your goals, whether it is losing weight, learning a new language or create a passive income online and quit your 9-5 you WILL get there A LOT faster if you use a notebook.
What´s being measured can be managed.
In fact, not using a notebook is almost like shooting yourself in the foot and set yourself up for failure and not achieving anything at all.
It mind sound harsh, or even nerdy to you but it is absolutely true.
You can buy some kind of note pad, log, etc at pretty much any mall. Buying a book that you can use for your own notes is the easy part.
In short, ANYTHING.
Whatever it is you want to achieve or accomplish will be done easier, faster and more effective with a notebook.

The year 1979 there was a very “eye opening” study made on the Harvard MBA program where graduate students were asked the question:
have you set clear, written goals for your future and made plans to accomplish them?
The result:
3% (only) had written goals and plans,
13% had goals but they had not write them down
and 84% had no goals at all.
Ten years later: The same group was interviewed again and the result?
It was absolutely mind blowing!
The 13% of the class who had goals (in their heads) was earning twice as much the amount of the 84% who had no goals.
Now listen to this!!: The 3% who had written goals were earning, on average, 10 TIMES as much as the other 97% of the class COMBINED!
COMBINED!
When I saw this I really started to take my goals seriously.
I find this to be an extremely motivating example of why creating clear and measurable goals and WRITING them down is a key to success… In ANYTHING
I strongly suggest that you set your goals like this:
Do not just write them down and then go on with other things… NO! This is not the proper way and will not help you much.
I suggest you do like this instead to get the most benefits out of your written goals.
Do like this: Set a goal that is achiveable and WRITE IT DOWN, it is important that it is a challenging goal.
Then: you break down that goal in “small steps” that you have to do to achive the final goal. Write down EVERYTHING you need to do to achive the big goal of yours. Be as detailed as possible.
Then: put that list in order and put DEADLINES for each step.
Now you have something to aim for…
Go ahead and WORK. Complete every step at the list in order and do it as fast as you can.
Make sure to have everything you have to do (your to-do list) written down before the day starts.
Do this for a longer period of time and you WILL get A LOT done and FAST!

What is a fuckboy? Today we will look into this topic and answer the question or meaning behind the overly used (and hyped) phrase. I know, today we go a bit of the main topic of this site, normally we write about how to make money online and such but today I just have to answer this question as I am so tired of hearing it.
It was actually an Instagram post that made me angry and also made me to write this post today. It was basically a photo of a handsome man in a suite and then in the bio it was a text that described how to avoid them (the fuck boys) and also a link to a Facebook page for girls that was a #fuckboyfreezone…
WTF!?
Lol! It is the most silly thing I have ever heard and it reminds me of the Destiny Child era when they released “anti men” songs while they were dancing sexy and shaking their booties in minimal clothes…
No, here we go again, “a campaign” of “man hate” against men…
OMG…
Correct me if I am wrong but a fuckboy is if I have understood it correctly a man who only are after sex and he will say or do anything to get that from a woman.

He will say things like he loves her, promise her gold and green views only to get inside her pants.
Hmm, OK maybe a girl can’t be a fuckboy in the exact same way as I think of it as (most likely) a girl doesn’t have to say things like she loves a man to have sex with him.
Let´s be honest, girls could probably have sex whenever they want just by going out on the street and asking some random guy (unless he is in love with some other girl) and get it just like that.
But there are sure as hell girls who are only out to have sex and then no more.
Visit a bar on a night on a weekend and you will see for yourself. Or even better, go to some tourist resort and study the behavior of your normally so “reserved” girl next door and so how she behaves when she is on a place where nobody is “judging” her.
Short answer:
In short, a fuckboy is someone who comes into a women life and “fucks up everything” up and then leave her when it comes to the “commitment” part of things.
So, what is the definition of a fuckgirl then, what is a fuckgirl? Lol I know, the word are not that widely used but maybe we have to start using it 🙂
My personal theory is that girls that use the phrase fuckboy are usually a fuckgirl herself lol!

Short answer:
A fuckgirl is pretty much the same as a fuckboy but maybe uses a bit different methods to get what she wants, whether it is sex, free drinks or a good job.
Are there fuck boys? Yes, absolutely.
Are there fuck girls? Yes, why shouldn’t it be?!
All these phenomena called fuckboy (and in some cases fuckgirl) are so silly and it is our truly hope that people, could start focusing on their selfs instead of being angry on others for endless reasons.
Work on yourself and become an “independent women” 😉 or man and I am sure that you will find a “serious” love if that is what you are interested in.
If you want to be a fuckboy then go ahead, I don’t give a fuck and same goes if you want to be a “fuckgirl” however, if you are none of them then I am sure you would save both time and brain cells by focusing on other things in life instead of pointing your fingers at people you (most times) don’t even know and accuse them of things…
As one of this site main theme is about stop wasting time and start making money instead we highly recommend that you quit bullshit like hanging on Facebook, Instagram etc, for hours. Or sitting and playing games on your phone all day, or watching some bullshit TV show or series… Do something useful with your time instead!

I first came in contact with the company through Facebook where I was contacted by a beautiful young woman with a private message where she offered advertising services to me. She laid it out so it sounded interesting and I decided to give it a try. Then another (also beautiful) women contacted me on Facebook about the same company… Hmm, do they only got beautiful women working as their agents??
It felt like I just had to try this and discover if the quality of the service was just as good as it sounds from all the testimonials on their website with happy users.
To start using their service is very easy, you pick one of the “click packages” and choose the one you want, then you simply fill in the website of your choice that you want people to click on.
First of all, you have to decide if you want to buy from the tier 1 section or the Tier 2 section.
The difference is that Tier 1 will only show your ad to people living in the top 5 English speaking countries (most likely to buy something) U.S.A, Canada, Australia, England, Ireland
The other tier (2) will show your ad to people from all over the world. This option is cheaper than the tier 1 option.
Personally, I ordered the 100 click tier 1 package (costs $149) and it took 4 days before my campaign went live (even if it was scheduled 3 days later they managed to get it up and running faster). That is a plus of course.
my results from the campaign were actually 46 opt-ins on those 100 clicks so I have to say that I am satisfied with that.
Now I have to wait and see what the sales rate will be from that 46 opt-ins. I expect to see at least 1 sale (maybe even 2) from those opt-ins and will update this review in 1 month with details on how many sales I got out of those leads captured.
Ok, this update was supposed to come after 1 month but better late than never, right? 🙂 Well, just want to say that I didn´t make any sales from all of the opt-ins I got, however, I have tried another service that got me sales.

So, is HQ Solo Ad a scam? I have to say that I was a bit skeptical in the beginning as it sounded a bit too good to be true, and then all the beautiful women on Facebook contacting me trying to convince me to try the service…
Were their accounts even real? Checked them out and have to say that they look pretty real to me.
Anyway, I would say that 46 opt-ins from 100 clicks are good results.
So, for now, I would absolutely not call this a scam.
The support that I received is good, beautiful girls answering whatever question you may have. What more can you ask for? 🙂
Obviously, this is for people who have an offer (and a landing page) to promote in the “make money online” niche, so if you have a good product or service that you want to present to people who are interested in the subject of making money online then I would recommend that you try this service out.
Tip: Make sure that your offer is going to at least pay back the cost of placing your ad with 1 sale, so pick a product that is both good and PAY good for you before trying the service. For now, I have to call this legit and also give it a high rating. This can change to either a lower or a higher rating as I am waiting to see how many sales will come out of that 46 opt-ins.
If at least 1 sale will come out of it I will try the service again as 1 sale is worth more than the cost ($149) for the Tier 1 (100 click) package I bought.
It is very important to mention that you absolutely not have to spend money in order to get your stuff out there. Probably the best way is to use keywords and place them in strategical places.

There is a good old Spanish saying that goes “manana manana” meaning: (tomorrow tomorrow) and as I am half Spanish I used to live by that code a lot, maybe even more than full blood Spanish people themselves lol! Maybe you live by this motto also?
Many times we tend to know what we should do but we tell ourselves that we do it later, when we feel like it more… What if tomorrow never comes?
This thing really got me thinking and turning into “SUPER beast mode” around 1 week ago (more on the SUPER beast mode further down).
First I need to say that I have been visiting refugee camps that we got here in Sweden since around 2 years back, they could need some human kindness, right?
However, I have got many friends from other countries doing that. In this part I am going to tell you about one particular guy, he is 22 years old (a child in many ways). His dream was to continue to study on university here in Sweden as he had to flee from his university studies in Iraq.
What happened was that he got a decision from the Swedish government that they have to leave the country… He is devastated…
After 2 years here in Sweden waiting, not knowing if he could stay or not… He is from the City Mosul in Iraq… A City that pretty much is no more… After being bombed and turned into a war zone… His house is bombed to the ground and his parents are living in a refugee camp out in the desert somewhere else in Iraq…
The thing is, I know it might sound harsh… But he could (and still can) stay in Sweden if he get a white job of some kind, and get hired by someone…
It is not easy of course but it is absolutely possible and I am also absolutely sure that he could have got that during his 2 years here… He didn´t search for a job… in hope… that the migration authorities here in Sweden would let him stay…
He just waited… and let “the life” fix the situation… instead of taking control over it himself…
Please do NEVER do that… No matter how young you are (I know it is hard) there was a time in my life (as mentioned earlier) when I was thinking “manana manana” about EVERYTHING.
One day my mother called me while I was at work (had a 9-5 back then) and she told me, “John you have to come, your father are dying”
I told my boss that I had to leave, I and my mother got to the hospital and there was my father… Barely recognisable and UNABLE to speak and move… There was no more time to speak, even if I and my mother spoke to him while crying floods… That was the situation for many hours before he died in front of our eyes…
It was the worst day in my life… but it was also the day that changed me into a MUCH stronger person that I was before that… It felt like my father gave me a part of his strength in somehow that day, maybe with the help of God that I begged to forgive us all for our sins and wrongdoings and accept my father’s soul.
I know that is most likely not the first time I have to go through a death of someone I love, maybe I die tomorrow, then I at least don´t need to go through that horrible sorrow… But someone else will…

You see, we always hear that “you should do what YOU want and not only because your parents tell you to do something” like study or get a job and stop hanging with your “bad” friends and so on… Right?

Well, how about when someone of them dies? You are going to feel A LOT of REGRETS that you didn´t listen to them more and at least did some of the stuff they told you to do…
So now you are going to feel VERY bad for that… Trust me that feeling will NEVER go away…
So even if it might feel like you are doing what you “want” when you are going “your way” instead of listening to the advice you get from someone who loves you… You are actually doing the opposite and hurting yourself, they tell you that stuff because they want YOUR best… you hurt yourself WAY more that way…
By start doing things that you know you should be doing today (and every day), you will first of all start to feel a lot of better with yourself. You will get a huge boost in confidence and that is something I promise you.
You will also make the ones who love you proud and that will make you feel better as well.
You will also be prepared a lot better for future disasters that WILL happen… Not IF but WHEN…

That is all you need also, hopefully, you don´t have to lose any of the persons that you love the most in life before you figure it out…
Make them see your transformation while they are alive instead…
