This review is going to be about Fiddy Share. What is Fiddy Share? Is it a scam or a legit opportunity? Can you really make those amounts as the Fiddy Share site claims? These are some of the questions this short review will focus on. Ok, here we go!

What is Fiddy Share about?

Fiddy Share is a website that is being promoted (or spammed) on mainly Facebook. It claims that you will earn $50 for every time someone click on your promotion link that Fiddy Share will provide you with as soon as you pay $50 yourself. You will also get a marketing “tool kit” for that price.

Fiddy Share is licensed and registered under the “I Wanna Be Rich™ company”.

Sounds like a legit site, NOT!

How Does It Work?

You pay $50 and get a link, that link you will then get told to share on as many places you want, the more the better. That is another word for spamming and not a recommended marketing tactic, just ask any serious internet marketer.

The $50 price will almost immediately turn into a so-called “upsell” you will (most likely) get an “offer” of how to make even more money if you only buy the “extra secret training” that will make you rich or something like that. 

Nothing new under the sun.

So, is Fiddy Share a scam? Yes, it is a scam and I will explain why.

what is fiddy shareOne of the most ridiculous, claims (pure bullshit) I saw on the Fiddy Share website was the “leader board” with so-called users. One of them had made 2,5 million dollars his first month! LOL! That is obviously fake users and an obvious scam sign. 

The claims that the Fiddy Share site uses, pay their members $50 per click or even earn $1000 every 5 minutes. That is just insane and ridiculous. Do you really think you can make those amounts of money? Well, I do. But not from something like Fiddy Share 🙂

The owner Frederick Spears (if that is his real name) claims he makes money from advertisement, on the Fiddy Share website. With that money, he later pays his members.

The problem here is that there is no advertisement company that pays those amounts of money per click. Not even the biggest one (Adsense) that is owned by Google.

So how is this “F Spears” guy going to be able to pay you $50 per click?? The answer to that is simple: He is NOT going to.

How This Fake Character Makes Money?

What the owner wants here is you to advertise his site and bring people to it, and that way he will make money on the ones who buy into this bullshit.

It is always the complete uneducated on the subject of making money online that falls for this type of scam.

It is nothing to be ashamed of, if you don´t know how making money online works it probably depends on the fact that you haven´t gotten the right education, I was in the exact same position myself not many years ago. I have fallen for scams like this one more than once until I figured out how making money online really works.

Why not make your own website and drive traffic to that one instead of driving traffic to this fake guys scam site? Wouldn´t it feel better to drive people to something that you can stand behind, something that you believe in? Whatever you want to drive traffic to you are first of all going to need to know how to do it and trust me, Fiddy Share is not going to teach you how.

It is actually not hard to drive traffic to a site, you do it best (in my opinion) by using so-called keywords. I like that method because it is free and if you do it right you can get a TON of traffic for free.

I am tired of this type of bullshit “push button and get rich” scams. Yes, I can tell you right away that it is not just a scam but also the worse kind of scams. Who is it for: People who are uneducated on the subject of making money online and are easy to scam.

What is My First Online Payday system about?

My First Online Payday system is being spammed all over Facebook and on other places online. It is another one of those “push button” systems that guarantee to make you rich. All you have to do is push a button and the “super sophisticated automatic” program will do all the work for you.

You are guaranteed to make a winning of at least $350 a day! You also have to hurry up to make this (bad)decision because there is only 500 places available.

All of that is bullshit of course 🙂

How Does It Work?

It claims that you can try the software with $50 for free and you can keep your winings and withdraw them whenever you want. If you choose to do that you will be redirected to the “software area” where there is a green and a red button. You will get instructions to click on one of the buttons as soon as the “winning chance” is 90% (or above).is My First Online PayDay a scam

If you try this with the “free” $50 I can guarantee you one thing, you are going to win every time of the 20 “test plays” you get. I can also guarantee you that the money you “win” is not going to be withdrawable. You are going to have to make a deposit of minimum $250 first. Can you withdraw the winnings then? Nope, then you are going to have to play 100 plays first, and those 100 plays I can also guarantee that you are not going to win that many off.

Who is Jeremy Mathews?

Who in the h**l is Jeremy Mathews? I can tell you that the guy in the video that claims to be the CEO Jeremy Mathews in real life has a different name.

The Fake Testimonials And “The News”

What about the testimonials from the “test group” that all thank this Mr x (Jeremy Mathews) for making them rich? Are they all fake too? Yes they are, they are all Fiverr actors. I recognized 2 of them immediately because I have seen them making fake reviews on other scams before. Especially this beautiful young lady below I remember from the Aussie Method scam.

But what about the news that says that people are making money online?

The talk in the news about people making a living from home and even make a lot of money. That is real talk, many people do that today (I am one of them). But not from some “push button” system.

Do you really think that you can make thousands of dollars every day? I do! but not from a push button system.

I think I have made my point crystal clear on this one, My First Online Payday is a scam. It is pretty obvious when you look that everything is fake, owners, testimonials, lies, etc.

Solution To Your Problem? 

Is everything online a scam? Absolutely not, but it can be very hard to find legit stuff in the jungle of scams. You should be aware of the possibilities that exist online because they are huge. Nothing happens by itself, though…

People don´t want to live in the rat race, working 9-5 with jobs they don´t even like, nothing strange about that. Also, if you want to be able to make more money than a “normal” salary it is more than possible online. But not with some magic auto-pilot trading system or push one button and “get rich quick” software, sorry but they don´t exist.

All those are nothing but scams, always. PERIOD.

Sure, there is people who have made themselves rich with forex trading and binary options trading but they have done it on legit platforms and they didn´t use some “secret” program. If you want to try trading at least try a legit platform and use the ones that allow you to trade with a demo account before you invest your own money. AvaTrade is probably your best choice if trading is something you want to do.

I don´t recommend trading as a safe way, it is something that I really suggest you study before you start doing real money trades. 

Safest And Most lucrative Way To Make Money Online?

What you can do is to learn how Internet marketing works, that is (by far) the best method if you want to be able to quit your job, and far beyond that also.

I am not talking about those pyramid programs that you probably have been approached by online (or offline). I mean that you should find an education program in the subject and stick to that one until you have learned how it works.

Big Competition – No It´s Actually WAAY Smaller Than You Think

big competitionIf you have read this blog before you probably know that this blog is mainly to help people to make money online and to help you avoid scams and “bad alternatives”.

It is not only that but that is the main purpose. Knowing that I help people with that is a very satisfying feeling, one of the best feelings I know of to be honest. I might have done mistakes in some of my reviews but I always do my best and I am ALWAYS honest.

We all make mistakes all the time, why? Because we are humans.

However, this post is not a review this is for you who really want to accomplish something, whatever it is, this is a wake-up call… But a good one 🙂

Big Competition

I used to think that certain things were unachievable in life, for a very long time I thought that way. Maybe you think like that now? Sometimes all we need to do is read a book to get our mind on other thoughts, we spend way to much time online nowadays 🙂

Anyway, the thing I want to discuss in this post is the “BIG” competition in the BIG world we live in, everybody wants a piece of the cake, right? For example, everybody want´s to be rich, be successful, be best at what they do (or at least be very good at it).

But… how many are willing to sacrifice the time and effort that is needed to get there? The answer to that is NOT many.

It is hard, it is not easy at all to do anything that is worth doing. Sure, if playing video games and watch tv is all you want to do, it doesn´t take any effort of course.

I am not saying that it is anything wrong doing those things but that´s not the point.

I mean, you should be happy that it is hard because if it wasn´t hard it would be WAY more competition and feel pretty hopeless. So be glad that it is hard, that is a good thing. Because if you want it bad enough you just put in the work (that almost nobody is willing to put in).

If you do that and not stopping before you get there, then there is no way in hell you ain´t going to get there (to your success in whatever it is).

Who Are You?

who are youWe all have different goals, maybe you want to be the best in the world? Maybe you want to be great? Maybe you just want to be very good at something, be financially free, not wanting to struggle from paycheck to paycheck every month.

People hate their life, jobs, economic situation and I understand that. The 9-5 ain´t getting many people anywhere. It is not fair and it is not the way it should be but guess what that is how it is in this world right now.

Is it getting better if we complain about it? Do you change the situation by going home and playing video games after you job that you hate? Or watching TV?

No, if you want something you are going to have to make it yourself. What do you want?

This is where people lose hope and think they cannot change their lives, that is absolutely wrong, they can, you can, we can.

It is hard yes, it will take some time yes, it will also be worth it yes.

It is actually much easier than most people think, why? Because it is hard 🙂 and there isn´t that much competition.

What is TADSOL – One More Scam For You Or A Legit Site?

Today´s review is going to be on a new thing online called TADSOL. What is TADSOL? A Scam or a legit opportunity, for you to make money? Well, first of all, if you know what revenue sharing is all about then you also know what TADSOL is going to be about.TADSOL review

Who is it for: People who want to do rev share to make money and/or want to advertise.

What is TADSOL about?

TADSOL is a new revenue sharing program that recently hit the web, there are MANY similar ones online. Seems like revenue sharing is VERY popular nowadays, it is easy to see why. Anyone can do it and it takes minimal effort to make money… However, it is a risk and most revenue sharing sites don´t last very long.

How Does It Work?

On the TADSOL website you will find the statement “we are committed in our business and want to grow our money back realistic plan”. What the owner Isner Nazir means with that (even if his grammar is worse than mine) is that TADSOL is different from other rev share programs.

It is not different, they all work the same way. In short, they will work for as long as people joining and put money into the “revenue sharing pool” and as soon as that don´t happen anymore nobody will be able to cash out their earnings. All revenue sharing programs works like this, TADSOL included.

How Much Money Can You Make? (And How Fast?)

So, when you choose a revenue sharing program (in the rev share jungle)  you might want to choose one that pays good, and also fast, right? How good are the TADSOL return rates and how fast will you make a profit?

There is 4 different ad pack choices, below you got them:

As you can see the highest return rates is 135% and it will take minimum 10 days (most likely longer) before the ad packs mature and you will get the 135% profit from your initial investment.

There is also a 40% repurchase rule (on all of the plans), that means that you are going to have to buy more ad packs for 40% of all your earnings.

**The best revenue sharing program I have found is one where the ad packs mature in only 1-7 days max and the return is as high as 150% also there is no repurchase rule. Click here to read more about that one<== 

Is TADSOL A Scam?

is tadsol a scamSo, is TADSOL a scam? No it is not a scam, it is simply just another revenue sharing program, nothing more nothing less. They always involve risk, but they are legit.

I like the fact that the owner himself admits it on the TADSOL homepage 🙂

Why You Should/Should Not Go With TADSOL

Everything is not for everyone. If you don´t like risks and also ain´t got that much money to invest, then TADSOL (or any other) rev share program might not be something for you.

To make good amounts of money you are going to have to invest a whole lot more than only $10. So if you ain´t got at least a couple of hundred dollars to invest (risk) this is not for you.

However, if you like the whole revenue sharing idea (and also only invest money that you can afford to lose) it might be something for you.

Me personally have tried a couple of rev share programs, the most interesting one (and the best) is this one.

I pass on TADSOL…

Final Words And Verdict

Verdict: Legit

Overall rating: 5/10

TADSOL is a legit website and it works, for now. How long it will keep working depends on how many new members are going to join and also if people are going to keep putting money into the program.

It is not the most interesting rev share site I have seen, neither is it the least interesting one. The rating 5/10 seems fair.

The choice is yours, I am not going to either recommend it or not recommend it. What I absolutely not recommend though is that you invest more money than you can afford to lose into TADSOL or any other revenue sharing program.

If you want to make a solid and safe income online, that don´t involve any risk in the program being shut down all of a sudden. Then rev share is not going to be the way to go.

Something I strongly recommend you to do is to start your own business online instead, build it around something that you are interested in and put in time and effort to make it a success. It don´t have to cost much and there is actually places where you can start (to learn) for free.

Building your own business might sound hard, but the reality is that it is not hard, it only takes effort and time to make it happen.

What is ShareHolder.Company about?

Shareholder.Company is a Dutch holding company that maintains firm and stable positions in sectors of national industries such as geological surveys, metallurgy, shipbuilding and oil refinement.

The company way founded in 2004 and in 2015 it launched online with it´s  own a website to attract investors and partners.

Shareholder.Company makes it possible for you to invest in the company and become a owner of “company shares” that will make profit for you every month.

How Does It Work?

When you purchase shares, you select first a movement, what movement you would like to own shares in. As you can see from the screenshot below the minimum investment is $30 for Geological survey shares. The most expensive one is the Oil and gas extraction share.

  • Limit for buying shares for $30 – not more 70 shares
  • Limit for buying shares for $300 – not more 20 shares
  • Limit for buying shares for $500 – not more 40 shares

  • Limit for buying shares for $2000 – not more 50 shares
  • Limit for buying shares: not more $3000 per week

This is the return rates:

  • With Geological survey you receive 0.7% – 1.3% of pure income daily.
  • Black metallurgy you receive 0.85% – 1.5% of pure income daily.
  • Shipbuilding you receive 1% – 1.7% of pure income daily.
  • Oil Industry you receive 1.05% – 1.9% of pure income daily.
  • Oil and gas extraction you receive 1.1% – 2.2% of pure income daily.

For how long will the shares make a profit?

The shares will work from 8 to 12 months so you will get an income from 365% to 472% (depending on the 5 types of shares)

Is Shareholder.Com A Scam?

So, is Shareholder.Company a scam? Well, people make money from it, at least for now. What I mean with that, is that I am pretty confident that it is an HYIP program. It basically means that the whole story of metallurgy, oil and gas, geological surveys, etc is all made up. Below is the “company” video.

If that is “proof” enough that it is a real company I let somebody else decide 🙂

The money you will make is money that other people are “investing” into the (HYIP) program. (in my humble opinion)

If you call that a scam is up to you, many people do and many people also don´t.

In short, you will make money for as long as there are enough people who join and invest into the program… When it isn´t enough people joining and investing the program will most likely crash and nobody will get paid anymore.

Final Words and Verdict

Verdict: Not recommended! 

Overall rating: 1/10

I choose to call this not recommended for now. I don´t believe a second on the whole story about the company starting in 2004 and the involvement in those industries.

I cannot say for sure that it is a scam, at least not yet but I strongly recommend you to stay away from Shareholder.Company.

If you want to make money by investing money I suggest you try one that shows you how much money is inside the program and how much that has been withdrawn. 

It is still a risk but there are some that are less risky than others. One that I use myself and is gaining A LOT of members (always a good thing) right now is Forex Paradise.
