Hey hey! how are you?
Me I´m good, am feeling that winter is being replaced by spring, business is moving as it should, and I have contact with wonderful people (like you for example).
I was in the gym earlier today like usual (I go at least 6 days per week), and when I was done I sat in the gym “lobby” and drank my epic post workout shake (with epic ingredients)…
I had my headphones on but I saw that one guy sitting next to me made signals with his hands that he wanted to speak so I took the headphones off.
He asked me: “How do you do to get so ripped”
Haha, I told him the truth, it is all about diet… Then I went on to tell him that he has to cut back on the carbs and so on…
He didn´t like the answer… I could tell…
It was like he was looking for some kind of “secret” or “shortcut” from me…
When I told him what he didn´t want to hear… Cutting back on carbs, not eating sugars, and so on…
He said, “but you need to have some fun in life also”
I told him, yes, it is about priorities…
I mean, if he thinks it´s “fun” to put sugar in his cup of tea then go ahead lol!
Personally, I find it more “fun” being healthy (and ripped) ALL the time than getting a “sugar rush” from drinking tea every day…
It is all about priorities…
Am so happy that I know you, cat, and that you are not like this guy that lives for “instant pleasure” instead of long-term thinking…
Keep doing what you do, stay on the path and you will come closer and closer to your goal each day.
Now I have to get back to answering e-mails, drink some licorice tea, write my to-do list for tomorrow, eat my evening/night food and get to bed.
