The platform lacks a lot of social media activity on platforms such as Facebook. This, in my opinion, can be quite unsupportive of the company’s agenda to serve its customers. People definitely recognize the services and products that are valuable, and you can tell this from even the very few customers who are already content with what is being offered. If Elitium was very solid and reliable, the comments and reviews would definitely tell.

Elitium has quite a large collection of services and products, owing to the fact that it is out to present its users with a digital ecosystem in which they can make their transactions with a lot of ease. Generally speaking, the value that Elitium is proposing would have been readily accepted by millions of customers if it was perceived as being very solid. It, however, does not have many customers (though this could change in the future if the owners of the platform get the customers to gain more trust with the products and services offered). I think Elitium still has a long way to go in as far as the expansion of its customer base is concerned.
