What is GetPaid.Social about?
The GetPaid.Social is a brand new website, that (for the moment) is free to join, and start earning money at. It was launched November 10 (2015) and The community has already over 30,000 members!
What you will be doing here is paid social media jobs mostly, but there is also going to be surveys to complete (if you want).
You will be given tasks everyday, only easy things like: watch a youtube clip, like a facebook page, follow someone on facebook, follow someone on Twitter, etc.
For this you will get paid, and this you can start doing for FREE without any hidden fees (or catches).
You can also (if you want) invite others to GetPaid.Social and you will make money that way to, you will get 10% from what they make everyday! “You will also get 10% of the service that the business owners buy! If you have invited this business owner to GetPaid.Social!”
There is also paid memberships to consider if you like this idea, the benefits of having a paid membership is simply that your earnings will be bigger.
But it is FREE to sign up and start earning money, you do NOT have to pay anything att all for doing this. You can of course, IF you want, always upgrade later.
How does it work?
The GetPaid.Social website is made so business owners can get help to improve their social reach, following, exposure, engagement, etc..
How it works is that business owners are buying tasks from GetPaid.Social and the members of GetPaid.Social complete the tasks.
Everyone get´s happy and everyone get´s paid.
For example if you have a business you would like to have a lot of followers on social media, right? It is going to help you reach a lot more people with your services or products.
If you have a business and want to have things done, then you can of course become a member of GetPaid.Social to and create tasks for other “working” members to complete for you.
It is really that simple!
To the right you have a screenshot from inside of the membersarea. It has a very simple design and is very easy to understand. At the bottom you can see that GetPaid.Social already has 33,650 members!
Why you should/should not do this?
This is actually a good idea!
However, I would recommend you to go with a more stablished and well know site that allows you to do pretty much the same things. Because you never know with this new sites… So, my best advice would be to go with one that has been around since 2007. The one I talk about is, of course: Clixsense
I can actually don´t see any cons of this, (atleast not yet). Me myself became a member today and I will be doing this for some time (the tasks takes no time at all to complete).
Below is a screenshot of some of the task I have got today:
It is not big amounts (I am a free member) but it is not hard work either so that is probably fair.
I mean… to like a facebook page, and follow someone on Twitter don´t even take a minute. All this tasks together might take 5minutes, and for that you will earn $0.60
I checked back 30minutes later, and there was 6 new tasks to complete (all of them fast and easy ones) and they was going to give me $0,71!
Seems like you can be doing this all day! And it is FREE, so it is a great opportunity!
I really hope this site will be around for a long time! :o)
Worth to mention: I can not do any of the tasks, because I am a free member and ALL free members are going to be able to complete task from Monday the 14 december. This is to allow the premium marketing partners the time they need to create and setup their tasks for you (and me) to perform!

I have now been a member at Getpaid.social for about a week, I have shared my links on Facebook, Twitter and Google+ and I have managed to get some refferals in this short period of time, I have also made some money…
It might not be much, but I will update more when my earnings start to grow. Also, this is only for the referrals, not the tasks. The money I have made with the task is not much, it is about $4, but I have also not doing so many.
Final words and Verdict:
Verdict: Legit! (But NOT Recommended)
Overall ranking: 5/10
I don´t know yet if this can make BIG money, but I guess time will tell.
Inside of the membersare there is a (top 100) leaderboard of members who have been most active. Some of them already have earnings over $1,000 so it is definetly not bad!
The reason I don´t show their names and faces is simply because I don´t know if I am allowed, to do that… But you can take a look yourself as soon as you have signed up as a free member.
Maybe I change the rating to a higher one later, or maybe I lower it.. But for now I have to give it a fair rating, and 5/10 seems fair.
But for now, I think this is an ok opportunity, it is actually a decent chance for ANYONE to make money, you DON´T even need to recruit other people (if you don´t want of course) and you don´t need to sell ANYTHING.
It doesn´t get easier than this. That´s for sure.
It is also free to join..
I mean how many of you are just wasting time online everyday on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat, etc… I mean you can actually make money with snapchat now.
What if you got paid a few cents, or even a few dollars to do things like this:
- Liking a Facebook page
- Liking a Facebook post
- Sharing a Facebook post
- Visiting a website
- Watch a YouTube video
- Follow someone on Snapchat
- Leave a comment
- Etc.
These are just examples.
Well the year is 2015, soon it will be 2016 and now this things are actually possible! And it is free :o)
ANYWAYS…My recommendation would be to go with a simmilar but A LOT more established site instead that has been around for a long time:

Hi Manny! Well if you already got some refferals you really should sign up (and upgrade to premium)! I think free members get´s paid by checks or gift cards they can use on sites like Amazon.com, Macys, etc. But I think the GetPaid.Social team are working on making PayPal an option for free members also, I am not sure. + a small one-time $10 setup fee. If you do not upgrade before the deadline, your account will be de-activated and you will forfeit any owed earnings.
Don’t let that happen! Upgrade now as we are about to ROCK this thing and you WILL be missing out if you’re not part of it! Thank you for your support
and membership. If you choose not to stay with us…we wish you well!”
So, I’m a member since the 30th of march, having too less activity on this site, because I just received a very very small number of tasks; that means, only 1 or 2 tasks per day, and sometimes, none. Now, I don’t have access to my dashboard until I pay this $9.97 or something like this, otherwise, my account will be suspended.
The biggest irony is that, when I try to see that page for choose the right option to pay this fee, my Firefox browser keeps refreshing like a crazy piece of crap! In internet explorer, the following error message appears:
“500 internal server error!
We encountered an error handling your rewquest!
For solving this problem, please, contact the admin at webmaster@getpaid.social:
So, I just described with my own words the error that appears.
The stupid situation is that I’m unable to contact any of their support team, because the links don’t work at all!

I am not sure what those things mean, but I hear the other day in the GPS facebook group that there will not be possible to stay as a free member at GPS anymore, it will be a free 7-day trial and after that you decide yourself if you upgrade or not.

Biggest scam of 2016. I had one year premium membership of $97 and I got a mail today that if I will not upgrade my account then I will lose my all earnings and my premium membership. I had already paid then why they are asking again to pay? And my withdrawal is pending from 5th Feb, 2016.

Hi NemiraB! I have now been a member of GetPaid Social for 2 weeks. I have made $172 in this period of time, but I have not been very active to be honest… I am also a premium member, that means that all my earnings are 4 times bigger than it would be if I was a free member… One important thing to mention is that free members are only allowed to earn $250 per month… As a Premium you have no earning limit…

i am since 5 days free member and till now my account less than 2 dollars (1,76) and i am very active daily with it, the site and dashboard work too slow and if you see 7 task, 4 from them for premium and two not work and just you got one and this one sometimes i got error with it , so all the days i can solve only 6-9 tasks with free members and average per task 5 cent or less so in total can get daily 30-35 cent so from where can get 250 dollar monthly????? dream, i have very fast internet, i want to join premium but i want to know if the site work same slow as free members then cannot fill 50 task daily
The site works slow now because it is going through some updates. Jeff Long informed us inside of the community 2 days ago that soon it will be MUCH more tasks to do… The site works slow for me to (as a premium member). Free members are limited to 25 task per day… I agree most task only pay 5 or 10 cents. But it will come tasks that pays more, it was also clearified in the message from Jeff. We need to be a little patient I guess. Wow, thanks for sharing that! I might just give GetPaid.Social a try. I’ve joined other sites in the past where you do simple tasks and stuff such as do a google search for a specific keyword and click on the first keyword that pops up. We all use social media these days and like you said, why not get paid to do some simple tasks and I like the fact that it is free to join. That’s amazing to see that some people are earning over $1,000 already for it!

Yes, the members that earns those amounts already are most definetly paid members, but you can as a free member earn good money to, atleast a couple of hundred bucks a month, I would guess!(if you get serious about it)

Get review you’ve laid out here! Getpaid.social seems pretty decent but I was skeptical to give it a try until l came across your review. However with that amount of time being spent online, I think its much better to start our own Online Business since we can definitely control how much we earn depending on how much effort we put in.
I totally agree that starting an online business is a WAY better way for making BIG money online… But some people just don´t have what it takes to do that.. Or more correct: Don´t have the determination and diciple that it takes…
Also many people just want to make some extra cash performing simple task…

Yes I know it´s crazy how many members they have already, I just checked today and there is pretty much 40,000 members now! If you want to become a Premium Member it will cost $97 per year, you can also pay per month if you want but that will be a little more expensive. The best bargain you make if you buy a lifetime membership for $197.
But you acctualy don´t need to buy anythin, you can go with the free membership as long as you like.

Yes free members can also cash out, but there is a limit on max $250 per month. There is also different alternatives such as bitcoins, Amazon giftgards, Walmart giftcards etc… There is also more options to choose from…

I installed the fb application yesterday and it was great. I got a premium account (I guessed it was free for a while) but today everything is gone and I get a window telling me I have to install the fb application !!! maybe I will try another time and if it’s still not working i give up

Did you get a premium account for free? It is free to sign up and start “working” but to get a premium account, you have to pay.
No don´t give up, I have made $168 in one week now… and I haven´t even put much time on it. I am a premium member though.
I suggest you start as a free member, as soon as one of your refferals upgrade, then you do the same. That way you will get the commission, you have 24hours to upgrade after your refferal did to get the commission. (I even think they have changed this to 72 hours now).
If you still have the problem come back here and tell me, I can ask the support why you have this problem.

Found your website by typing is “Is getpaid.social legit?” I have a question: Do you need a Facebook account / page in order to sign up? I have resisted opening a Facebook page because I think that Facebook can be a time eater, and, besides I can use someone else’s account when I need to. Would it be possible for me to sign up and use this other person’s Facebook account to do the tasks? Just wondering, and thanks for your time!
Hello Rhoda! No you don´t need a Facebook account to sign up to Getpaid.social. Many of the tasks don´t involve Facebook. I know what you mean by Facebook being time consuming… Maybe you can create a facebook account but not add any friends :o) Because to complete some of the task Facebook is required, but you don´t need friend on the account :o) You can make one in a “anonymous name :o)
I am not sure if it is possible to use someone elses account, but I belive it is… Sign up for a free membership and you will notice very quick… That is the best advice I can give :o)

As a premium member, you have the option to get paid from PayPal yes. The free members don´t have that option yet, but I think they are working on that.

Hello Alka! Yes of course it is possible, as a matter of fact I know a Indian guy that has made a REAL success for himself by recruiting others to the community. If you want to go premium you just pay the membership fee… But I recommend you join for free first and try things out.

If you don’t pay the membership fee tasks are not available for you to do as a free member.
Yes they are, but premium members get the task 1 hour before free members does and sometimes the tasks are finnished before free members can do them… But soon it will be A LOT more tasks to do… The site is going through some updates at the moment, that is also why it is sometimes slow. Guess we need to have a litlle patience. Free members are limited to max 25 task per day though…
the commission plan is not explained on details!! we earn 10% in all cases? free or paid membership?!! the referral commission goes untill which level? only the first? or until 2nd and more?
As a free member you get 10% of the earnings that your refferals make, and also your refferals refferals… Premium members get 40% instead on the exactly same things.
If one of your refferals upgrade you have 3 days as a free member to upgrade to premium… if you want (40%) commission for the upgrade.

Hi John. I’ve registered in GetPaid.social yesterday and started doing tasks today.
I just noticed that with every task I complete, my rewards earned is always deducted by some amount. Like when a reward amount for a certain task is $0.1, only $0.08 is actually rewarded to me upon completing it. Is it really like that?
And on your post you said you were paid via PayPal. I’ve read in the payment terms that only Premium members are allowed to withdraw using PayPal. So I assume you are a premium member. But did you get paid when you were a free member? What mode of payment did you use?

Yes that is the case, the amount rewarded is always deducted like that, that is so not only you will earn from the task you are doing 🙂 It has to be that way, or else the whole idea would not work. I think some of the earnings go to the GetPaid.Social site and some goes to the one who reqruited you to the site.. I have gotten this explained in a video exactly but I don´t remember really… Will check it out.
To your other question, yes I am a premium member, I became premium member after only 4-5 days because I managed to get some refferals and one of them upgraded… So then I did to:) To get the commission from the upgrade of course ($80) so no I haven´t experienced the payment as a free member. I don´t think it is possible to get paid with PayPal as a free member for the moment.. But I think I read in a news letter on Facebook that it is going to change.. It will also soon be A LOT more tasks to do both for free and premium members.
I must say that $140 is not that bad at all. I like the fact that it is free to start and that it is extremely easy to do. You earn little bit more than $7 per hour which is not that bad at all. If you work for 8 hours a day from Monday to Friday then you will earn $1120 per month.
That is if you get that many tasks to complete. The only thing that I do not like is that you cannot really scale your income to the level that you want to.
The $140 was pretty much all from some of my referrals upgrading to premium membership.
Right now it is gonna be very hard to earn $7 per hour from performing tasks as there isn´t that many tasks to do, but it will be A LOT of tasks soon inside the members area we have been informed of.
Yes it is not a business that will make you rich, at least if you aint get A LOT of referrals (some members make $4,000+) but it can work as a good extra income and the amounts that you mention are possible to achieve.
I have to mention that the price for upgrading to premium has actually become cheaper now, it is still free to join, but if you want to upgrade it only costs $4,95 per month now.

How can you tell a site is a scam or not? I signed up to this, upgraded for $9.97 and add funds $50 for my task. I followed every instruction and made my facebook apps exactly I was instructed. It went through good but everytime I log in,they asking me to upgrade again eventhough I received an email that my upgraded is confirmed and made a couple of tasks. I send them message back but no respond and the site is somewhat disorganized,I couldn’t go through to where I want to go. I’m thinking this site is another scam. I lost $59.97 already and The site is awfully to access.
The site is legit, I have got paid from the site. Just like all new sites (or programs) it has “growing pains” meaning that there is still some problems in the system and everything isn´t working smooth and the way it should yet. I have (and still) experience a lot of troubles with the site, also with (like you say) the support. But I have made much more money from it than I have paid for my monthly membership. This kind of problems are normal for a recently launched program, in the FB group we have been told that everything will work smooth and that there is gonna be A LOT of tasks (even for FREE members) very soon. Sometimes we need to be patient. I am sure all the problems you experience will be solved. Are you part of the FB group by the way?

Hi there Tamil! Yes I think it can, it is a great idea. The design of the website is also so simple and easy to understand (user friendly) and that is a big +. Right now the site is still very new and there is not that many tasks to do.. But we have been promised that it will be FULL of tasks to do for both FREE and premium members to do this week. When that happens I think GPS will explode! It already has 120,000 members, they aim to reach over 1 million members in the next 2 months and I think they can do it.

Anyone know how to cancel membership subscription — the back office does not give much detail — says you must go to profile settings but nowhere how to unsubscribe.
Click on your profile pic inside the members area, then you go to billing options, there you find a “red cancel subscription tab” click that one and you are no longer a member.
Why are you going to cancel your membership by the way?
I have tried several times to sign up and each time it kicks back to the landing or recruitment page. Any suggestions???
hmm,maybe you can try to change browser? If it doesn´t work try again at a later moment. Tell me how it worked out for you, if you still can´t sign up I can send in a support ticket to ask what is wrong.

Hi Edison, go ahead and sign up for the free membership and try things out, about the surveys it is like all online surveys, you won´t qualify for all of them. Also, most of them are targeted to people living in the US, Great Brittan and Germany, for now.
GPS is still new and like most new programs it still got some issues, bugs, things that ain´t working correctly, etc. You can subscribe for 1 month and later cancel if you don´t like it.

You can also make money there from doing tasks like clicking on ads, visiting websites, play games, etc. It is also absolutely free to join, tried it and withdraw $10 after taking about 5-6 surveys and playing a few games. Pretty good if you ask me, for doing easy tasks like that.

I am a bit disappointed in the number of tasks I get. I have been a yearly member for a month or so and am lucky if I get 2 -3 tasks a day. So far I haven’t even reached a dollar! As for surveys, I don’t often even get one I qualify for. For some reason the Australian ones tend to forget that Tasmania is part of Australia so I don’t even have an option to check a box. Unless I lie about which state I live in and I won’t do that.
Anyway I will keep plugging away.

Yes, there isn´t that many tasks to do on a daily basis, the program is still new and there is going to be more and more tasks to do as the program evolves. There is a notification inside the GPS that you could apply so you get notified in your browser when there is a new task in the marketplace, or else you will probably miss out on a lot of tasks because you are probably not inside the members area all the time, right?

I found a few review on GPS, some good and some are not. I have been a free member for a few days now and only getting like 5 or 6 tasks so far. At this point, i’m not considering to be a premium yet. We’ll see how it goes.

Yes, some like it some don´t one thing is for sure, you ain´t going to get rich from it. It is considered a small extra income for doing simple tasks. The tasks are getting more and more and one advantage of being a premium is that you get access to more tasks as you (as a premium) see the tasks 1hour before the free members does, many times the tasks are already “done” before the free members get the chance to do them. But, for now I think you are doing right not becoming a premium, this might change in a near future though.

Hi Khan, yes it should not be that hard to fix 🙂 This is what you do :
1) Download the snapchat app on your smartphone
2) Create a free snapchat account
3) Goto your profile in GPS and under settings & setup enter your snapchat username & password. Your password is NOT STORED ANYWHERE and only needs to be entered once!
4) Perform snapchat related tasks and earn your reward!
5) Add Jeff (the owner of GPS) as a friend to follow his snaps! His username is: jeffalong

It will be hard to earn $10 every day, not saying it is impossible, if you get a lot of surveys to do (depends a lot if you live in the US or not) then you could probably make $10 per day… If not it will be very hard.. However, you can try, if you aren´t satisfied you can always cancel your membership, there is a 30 day money back guarantee.

I want to disappoint those who contend that GPS is legal website. My story is simple – I have become a standard member, when on the site was registered about 110K members. Usually I am not investing until the first payment. I honestly listened Jeff Long’s audio reference, in which he promised within 3 months the one million members, over the next 2 months was registered not more than 8K members. And when I reached the minimal amount for withdrawal, I got this message:
You Must UPGRADE Your Membership To Continue Receiving Access to The Task Marketplace & Your Members Area!
As of 11:59 PM (Eastern Time) April 15th, we will no longer be supporting your FREE membership. You can activate your Premium membership for only $9.97/month + a small one-time $10 setup fee. A. No. The opportunity for annual or life time memberships has passed.
