Scarlet Clicks is just another one of the thousands PTC (paid to click) sites out there. It has been online for more than 7 years now and that is, of course, a good sign. However there are similar sites that have been around for a long time and I can tell you that many of them are pure scams.
Is this one better than most similar sites? Not so sure about that.
How Does It Work?
It is very simple. Advertisers pay money to the site, the members get paid from the site to click on the advertisers ads. You won´t get paid much to click on ads, we talk $0,001 here. That is how all PTC sites work pretty much.
You can also hire referrals on Scarlet Clicks, but I can tell you that ALOT of people are saying those are fake, not real humans but data boots.
There is also a “lottery” or ScarletGrid where you can get lucky and win a maximum prize of $2. This is something that most PTC sites got also, a grid. However on some of the PTC sites, you can win a maximum prize that is higher, like $10 for example
Is Scarlet Clicks A Scam?
So, is Scarlet Clicks a scam? Well, there is a lot of complaints from members that say that they ain´t getting paid and/or that they have been banned from the site without any reason all of a sudden. It sounds very much like a scam to me, it might not happen to everybody but do you want to take the risk?
Not to mention the fake referrals rumors…
Why You Should/Should Not Try Scarlet Clicks
I would absolutely skip this one if I was you. There are much more trusted and also better paying PTC sites out there. Also, there are more ads to view and even surveys to take on other ones. The best one (in my opinion) is the famous and well known

Just remember that all PTC sites will only make you a small extra income, none of them will make you able to quit your 9-5 job for example.

I am not going to call Scarlet Clicks a scam nor am I call it legit. It might be a place for advertisers to get their message through but it sounds like it is not a place for the “PTC workers” to be.
If you are an advertiser it might be worth trying but if you are in it to click on ads and play games I strongly suggest you pass.
There are better and more stable PTC sites like the one I mentioned above for example.
PTC sites a waste of time?
If you want to make a lot of money online PTC sites are not for you.
That is not really the way to make money online, if I say it like that 🙂 There is nothing wrong NOT wanting to make a real full-time income, or making ALOT MORE money online.
If you don´t want to put in any effort you can, of course, join PTC sites and only make a small extra earning, if that is what you want the best I can recommend is the ClixSense.

If you are looking for a way to be able to quit your 9-5 job and even get rich, then there are no shortcuts. You are going to have to put in the effort and time.
It is no rocket science but just like with anything new you are going to have to learn HOW before you can DO.
This is where people many times fall victims for scam programs that tell them that they will get rich by only clicking on a button and nothing more. There is no such magic program. Hi there, I have been looking at a lot of ways to get more traffic to my websites. I haven’t ever looked at Scarlet Clicks before, and judging from your review, that is a good thing. I appreciate your honest take on this review and it really does save me a stack of time mucking around with it – you seem to have covered all the bases, so I’ll go with your recommendation and steer clear.
Well, if getting traffic to your website is what you want it could probably help you with that. If your website is about anything that hasn´t to do with making money online I would say it is a bad idea, if your site is about stuff like that it could be worth a shot. Why? Simply because people who are there clicking on ads do it (most likely) because they want to make money online, those ads are pretty much all you see on any PTC site.
If you want traffic to your site I would say there is better alternatives.

Most PTC sites have a bad reputation but the only one who hasn´t is Clixsense, I made $10 in my first 2 days there and requested a payout that I got without any problems. I have made a lot more payouts from there since then and I always get paid. If you want a small extra income it is a good place, the surveys sometimes pays $5 or more.

Hi John, nice review of this product. If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is! I really like how you outline that to make money online, you have to put in real work to lay the groundwork. There is no such thing as a free lunch!
My question for you is, how long do you think it takes to become profitable using the Wealthy Affiliate University assuming that you put in at least 2-3 hours everday?

On your question, I have to say that success is different for different persons. For me it took about 3 months before I made any money at all, but after that it started to happen things, it became exiting to wake up and see if I had made any sales during the night if I say it like that 🙂
After 7 months I quit my 9-5 job that I had the whole time while working on WA (after work).
I can say that if you put in 2-3 hours every day for 1 year then you are going to see amazing results, do it for 2 years and you will see even better. The more time you put into it the more you will also progress.

I agree with your totally on ppc websites, maybe they are not scams but they do not earn you enough money to be worth the time you would have to put into them. I have tried many of them in the past, it was a waste of my time I even was with clixsense , it was the best of all I tried but none were worth the time.
